Statements in response to the NRC Public Comment Meeting on Public Access to Federally Supported R&D Data

The White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) recently issued a memo that aims to increase access to the results of publicly funded research through open access.  The National Research Council has hosted two meetings to gather public input for fedearl agency implementation of the policies described in the memo.
